Shareholders

The shareholders (also known as stockholders) are individuals that legally own one or more shares of the share capital of Willibooks Limited. The shareholders are;

Board of Directors

Our board of directors is selected individuals that represent shareholders. The Board of directors is a governing body that typically meets at regular intervals to set up policies. Our board of directors consists of two individuals

Our logistics department facilitates communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. And responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of our books.

Commitee

Learning Committee

This committee is responsible for employee training, seminars conference study leave, and all other matters relating to external learning and personal development.

Disciplinary Committee

This committee handles all internal conflicts among employees at the workplace. It also takes disciplinary action against employees

Welfare Committee

This committee is responsible for handling all welfare matters in the company. It focuses on employees’ well-being and workplace issues
